A tragic fire in Wigan has left a family grieving as they pay tribute to Mark Vernal, who died after being trapped in a building. The fire at a property on Dumbarton Green in Wigan resulted in Mark sustaining serious and life-threatening injuries, which he later succumbed to in the hospital. Greater Manchester Police reported that the incident, which occurred on Wednesday, August 14, is believed to be an arson attack.
