Made by flame-toasting sugar on sliced brioche bread, filling it with cheesecake, and chilling it until set, these sandwiches offer a unique and portable dessert experience. Mr Hardie expressed his delight at the overwhelming positive response to the cheesecake sandwiches, noting that they have become a surprising hit among customers.
