Cardiff Airport’s CEO acknowledged the need for improvement and stated that corrective steps have been taken to enhance the special assistance service. Other airports were rated ‘very good’ and ‘good’ for their accessibility services, while Cardiff Airport remains in the ‘needs improvement’ category. Transport Secretary Louise Haigh emphasized the importance of ensuring accessible and enjoyable flying experiences for all passengers.
