How to disable Guest Messages on Facebook

  1. Login to your Facebook account (login via a laptop

2. Goto the page you want to disable the guest chat on

3. Once you are in your Facebook account goto the following link: https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/settings/chat_plugin?%C2%A0

6. Now you will see some new settings, again as shown below. Click to disable the Guest chat

Now that you have disabled guest chat you must remember the republish the page. This wont completely eliminate your spam but it will stop the huge spike in guest account spam that has recently been in the community.
