Sara Davies credits one diet with her dramatic weight loss

Dragon’s Den star Sara Davies has shared the key to her remarkable weight loss transformation, which caught the attention of fans over the weekend. The former Strictly dancer made an appearance on the show recently, displaying her significant weight loss. Sara has shed three dress sizes, going from a size 16 to a size 12, all thanks to a particular diet she has been following.

In an interview with The Sun, Sara revealed, “I now start each meal with fibre-rich foods, such as broccoli or a side salad. This creates a ‘plug’ in my stomach, helping to control my appetite and improve digestion. It has had a significant impact on how I feel and manage my diet.” Sara expressed her desire to approach her 40th birthday in top form, aiming to feel the fittest she has been in a decade. She shared, “I’ve spent half my life squeezing into Spanx, and now it’s wonderful to put on a dress without layers underneath.”

The Fibre First method also includes Slimshotz for breakfast, a fibre-packed drink. Sara highlighted the importance of consuming fibre before anything else. Additionally, she incorporates special high-fibre pasta and noodles into her meals, acknowledging the underestimated impact of fibre on various foods and the necessity of including it in her diet.
