The owner of the retail park, Centurion, has revealed that they have obtained planning permission to build a 2,800 square foot drive-thru establishment located between Costa Coffee and Plantasia. Centurion has made significant investments in the retail park, rejuvenating it with popular names such as Ninja Warrior UK, Flashpoint, Sports Direct, and Aldi.

The construction of the new drive-thru restaurant is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2025, with the announcement of the new occupier expected shortly after. In addition to the drive-thru, the development will include the installation of several electric vehicle charging points. Adam Gibbons, the estates manager at Centurion, expressed the company’s commitment to revitalizing the city centre through this new development. He highlighted that the drive-thru will enhance the dining options at Parc Tawe and complement the existing mix of leisure and retail attractions.
