A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged attempted rape near Cardiff city centre. South Wales Police confirmed that a man, Fawaz Alsamaou, 32, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, has been charged with attempted rape. He is due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 14.
