Gwent Police are investigating reports of criminal damage on Arthur Bliss Road, Newport, in the early hours of Friday, August 16. The force says that the tyres of 18 cars parked on the road were allegedly damaged sometime between 2 am and 3 am. A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage. The man, from Newport, has been released on police bail as enquiries continue.
