A 98-year-old man named Reginald Rees has been reported missing after last seen driving his red Renault Captur in Wales. Police are seeking information on his whereabouts. Reginald was wearing light brown or cream trousers, a striped light purple shirt, a light green body warmer, and brown Velcro shoes. He may or may not be wearing glasses.
