The investigation, involving 2,000 adults, highlighted that immersing oneself in nature (58%) and engaging in a bath or shower routine (43%) are among the top practices individuals are adopting to embrace this lifestyle philosophy.
A significant 52% of respondents have turned to gentle living in an effort to reduce stress levels, while 43% seek to simplify their lifestyles. This shift is driven by factors such as technological overload (58%) and demanding work commitments (40%), with 94% feeling the necessity to decelerate due to the fast pace of life.
