Cal Roberts, a 34-year-old songwriter and music producer, shared a pivotal moment when he realized his behavior could be intimidating towards women. This realization came when he lost his temper and exhibited violent behavior towards an object in front of his girlfriend, prompting him to reflect on his actions and make a conscious effort to change.
Cal, who struggled with bipolar disorder and unhealthy relationship patterns fueled by drugs and alcohol, acknowledged the need for personal growth and self-improvement. He recognized the importance of communication in his current relationship and highlighted the significance of addressing personal issues.
The Sound Campaign
