A new “living building” in Swansea is nearing completion, offering residents the opportunity to grow crops and vegetables indoors while enjoying breathtaking city views. The project, undertaken by Hacer Developments, has revitalized the former Woolworths building on Oxford Street since 2021. A striking 12-storey tower is being seamlessly integrated with the iconic structure, enhancing Swansea’s skyline. With construction currently at 70% completion, the development is slated to be finished in July.
