A driver’s worst nightmare came true when a ‘new’ car purchased from Aberdare Motors Ltd in Wales turned out to be a ticking time bomb. Following an independent assessment carried out in the car park due to the car’s hazardous condition, it was revealed that the vehicle was not roadworthy and posed a significant danger to the driver and other road users. The court slapped Karim with a fine of £582 and additional costs totalling £799, emphasising the severity of his misconduct.
