A shocking incident involving a DPD delivery driver has been captured on camera as he dropped his trousers and defecated on the pavement outside a customer’s house in Llangennech, Carmarthenshire. The driver, who had been delivering a parcel, left behind used tissues on the pavement, much to the disgust of the homeowner and his son who witnessed the incident.
The neighbour, identified as David, reported the unacceptable behaviour to DPD but has not received a response from the company. Expressing his disbelief and disgust, David highlighted that there were nearby facilities, such as pubs and a Tesco store, where the driver could have used the toilet instead of resorting to such actions outside a residential property.
In his statement to Wales Online, David recounted his conversation with DPD’s call handler, detailing the driver’s actions in a straightforward manner. Despite assurances of escalating the issue to management, David has not heard back from DPD even after a week following the incident. Wales Online has reached out to DPD for comment on the matter.
