Amanda Abbington has not ruled out suing as Strictly ‘unresolved’

Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Amanda Abbington is contemplating taking legal action against the BBC after the review of her complaints against dance partner Giovanni Pernice. Abbington, known for her role in Sherlock, withdrew from the BBC One show last year due to “personal reasons” and later spoke out about experiencing a “toxic environment” and “inappropriate, mean, nasty bullying”. The BBC review, published recently, “upheld some, but not all, of the complaints made” against Pernice. Abbington revealed that there are still unresolved issues from the 30-page report that she and her legal team are reviewing.
