A woman from Barry, Wales, named Paula Frayne, has been left traumatised and fearful after her 7-year-old black Labrador, Bronson, was viciously attacked in a local park. What was meant to be a routine walk turned into a nightmare when another dog, believed to be an olde English bulldogge, charged towards them, leading to a distressing and painful encounter for Bronson. The incident occurred on a Sunday afternoon at Maslin Park, near Barry Island, a place with sentimental value to Paula, who has been frequenting the park since childhood and walks Bronson there every day.
Paula recalls the harrowing moment when the attacking dog approached them aggressively, circling and then launching into an assault on Bronson, despite attempts by the owners to intervene. Bronson sustained injuries, including a rip in his ear that required immediate veterinary attention.
