Five children have been arrested in connection with the murder of an 80-year-old dog walker who was attacked in a park. The victim, who was seriously assaulted by a group of young people, passed away in the hospital a day after the incident, prompting a murder investigation. “Following a number of enquiries, officers have arrested five people – a boy and a girl aged 14 and one boy and two girls aged 12 – on suspicion of murder. They are currently being interviewed by police.”
