In the latest addition of her ‘The Mid Point with Gabby Logan’ podcast the Olympics presenter sat down with her husband, as he joked that she was to blame for him putting on weight. Despite admitting that he had gained weight earlier this year, Gabby said she was impressed that the former Scotland international rugby player has managed to cut down by 3kg. Speaking about how her husband has managed to shift the weight, she said: “You’ve not eliminated anything, you’ve just been more thoughtful about what you’re eating and your portion size’s might be a bit smaller.” While saying that her husband has been able to improve his health with with overall better eating habits, she claimed that there was one thing in particular that has helped aid his weight loss, adding: “You’re not snacking as much.
