Kate Price arrives at court to face bankruptcy questions

Katie Price has arrived at a court building in London to attend a hearing related to her bankruptcies. The former glamour model is scheduled to answer questions about her finances in a specialist bankruptcy court. Price, who was first declared bankrupt in 2019 and faced a second bankruptcy earlier this year due to a tax debt exceeding £750,000, arrived in a black cab wearing all black attire and sunglasses. Accompanied by another woman, she did not engage with reporters as she entered the Rolls Building.

The hearing before Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Nicholas Briggs is set to commence at 10:30 am. Price’s recent arrest at Heathrow Airport was a result of a warrant issued by a judge for her non-attendance at a previous court date. Following her appearance the next day, she was mandated to attend the current hearing without fail or risk further arrest. Additionally, under a separate court order, Price is obligated to allocate 40% of her monthly income from various sources, including OnlyFans, towards repaying her debts until February 2027.

Moreover, her earnings from TikTok have been suspended amidst the ongoing financial dispute. Previous directives demanded her to surrender six vehicles, including a pink Range Rover, to assist in clearing her outstanding financial obligations. The court session aims to delve into the intricacies of Price’s financial predicament and her adherence to the court’s directives concerning debt repayment.
