Police Make Unusual Discovery of Van in Lorry on M1 Motorway
In a surprising turn of events, Nottinghamshire Police officers came across a rather unusual sight during a routine operation on the M1 motorway. The officers were left astounded when they pulled over a lorry only to discover a white 7.3m long Mercedes Sprinter van stuck in the back, with its rear hanging out, making it quite a sight to behold. The discovery took place on April 2, when undercover officers, stationed in a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV), noticed the peculiar sight of a van protruding from the back of the lorry. The driver was immediately pulled over, and upon inspection, was found to be driving an overweight vehicle, along with committing a Tachograph offence. Consequently, the driver was issued a traffic offence report for the violations observed.
