According to the Office for Product Safety and Standards, these air fryers have the potential to overheat and ignite during use, posing a fire risk. Similarly, Marks and Spencer PLC’s Children’s Fisherman’s Coats for 0-3 Months and 3-6 Months have been recalled due to a suffocation risk as they are intended for babies under six months and include a hood. The TP-5+1 Hot Air Styler sold via Wowcher has been flagged for a high risk of electric shock due to the type of plug supplied, which does not meet safety standards.

Another product on the recall list is the Nutribullet GO NBG-100 Rechargeable Blender, with concerns raised about the batteries overheating during charging, which could lead to a fire risk. Additionally, the EDMI Atlas Mk7CD Electricity Meters have been identified as presenting a risk of electric shock and/or fire due to a potential welding defect. The recall also includes ‘Intrinsically Safe’ Electronic Equipment for use in explosive hazardous zones sold via Amazon, flagged for a serious risk of fire and explosion. Home Bargains’ Happy Easter Plush Toys in 25cm size have been recalled due to a potential risk of asphyxiation from weak seams.
