Vitamin E, found in almonds, hazelnuts, and avocados, helps protect the skin from damage and premature ageing caused by the sun.

While these foods provide skin benefits, they cannot replace the necessity of a high SPF sunscreen. Including foods with healthy fats like avocados, oily fish, and seeds in your diet can act as a natural moisturiser, maintaining skin radiance and suppleness. These foods also contain zinc, which supports oil-producing glands in repairing skin damage.
