Cannabis dealer George Tovey was recently nabbed by authorities as he was caught red-handed counting a significant sum of money inside a customer’s car. The incident unfolded in Philadelphia Lane in Hafod, Swansea, where plain-clothes police officers approached the vehicle and discovered Tovey seated in the passenger seat with over £1,600 in banknotes laid out on his lap.
