South Wales Police detectives are investigating a murder case as a body was found in Westville Road on Thursday the 28th
Cardiff central police station have set up an incident room and the case is being led by SWP major crime team.
South Wales Police are appealing for anyone with any information, no matter how trivia it may seem, with regards to what has happened, they would particularly like to speak with anyone who may have seen or heard anything out of the ordinary in the following areas:
Westville Road
Newport Road and its junction with Albany road
Broadway
on Thursday 28th January between 10pm and 1am Friday 26th January morning.
Detective Superintendent Darren George said: “I would urge anybody with information to come forward.
“No matter how insignificant the information may seem, we would much rather you make the call to our incident room to speak to one of our officers.
“People may have CCTV in the area, or they may have driven through these areas between the times given.
“I would ask that if anyone who was in the area around these times, who has any dash cam or CCTV footage, to please contact the incident room at Cardiff Central police station.”
