Paedophile Simon Lancaster did not disclose his conviction for possessing indecent images to his employer more than two months after admitting the offences in court. The judge advised him to inform his workplace to avoid police intervention. Lancaster, 44, from Cardiff, admitted to two charges of possessing indecent photographs. He received a 24-month community order and a £1,000 fine. Lancaster must also have software installed on his work computer and comply with police notification requirements for five years.
