A huge chariot was pulled through Cardiff city centre during the Ratha Yatra festival celebrating Hare Krishna. The 45-foot-high chariot, followed by singing and dancing procession, made its way through the city, concluding with a free feast and stalls at Bute Park. The festival, dating back centuries, began in India and has been held in Cardiff annually since 2004. The event, sponsored by ISKCON, attracted a great turnout and is one of the oldest street festivals in the city.
