A man in Cardiff, Damian Slowik, recently shared his disappointment with the judicial system following a violent daylight robbery in Bute Park. The incident occurred when 32-year-old Slowik was sitting on a bench, and 21-year-old Bailey Hanlon attacked him, while an accomplice stole his bike.
