The extraordinary incident occurred while young Kameron was playing football outside his home and noticed his neighbour’s Vauxhall Vivaro starting to move down the street. Acting swiftly, he abandoned his game and ran to the front of the van, attempting to stop it by placing his hands on the front grill.
