Police probe continuing into death of 12-year-old girl in Pembrokeshire as inquest opens

Police are continuing their investigation into the tragic death of a 12-year-old girl in Pembrokeshire. An inquest has been opened following the passing of Honey French, who died after an incident at an address in Milford Haven. The inquest, which took place on Wednesday, October 30, revealed that her death is not being treated as suspicious by authorities.

Honey French passed away on the morning of October 19 at a residence on Gelliswick Road. Emergency services responded to a call concerning her welfare, but despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene. The inquest, conducted at County Hall in Haverfordwest, was overseen by Gareth Lewis, the assistant coroner for Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. PC Carrie Sheridan, the coroner’s officer for Pembrokeshire, provided details at the hearing, stating that despite efforts to revive Honey, she was declared deceased at 11:50am.
