A recent survey of 2,000 adults revealed that a whopping 82 per cent have at least one unconventional method to boost their mood. These methods range from browsing property listings, popping bubble wrap, engaging in gardening, cracking ‘dad jokes’, scanning estate agents’ websites, and even holding conversations with their beloved pets.

The survey highlighted that many individuals believe embracing their unique traits can make the world a brighter place. A staggering three-quarters of those surveyed admitted to never feeling embarrassed about their unconventional ways of finding joy.
