Muhammad Malik, a 46-year-old proprietor of Top Ups Convenience Store located on Corporation Road in Newport, recently pleaded guilty to multiple violations of the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006 and General Food Regulations 2004. The acknowledgment of these offenses occurred during a court proceeding at Cardiff Crown Court, where Judge Simon Mills presided over the case.
