In a recent video, Hawys revealed the key high-protein food items she buys from Aldi to support her weight loss goals. Starting outside the supermarket, she showcased her shopping list, emphasising her commitment to consuming high-protein, high-nutrient foods while maintaining a calorie deficit.

One of her top recommendations was the Moser Roth 70% cocoa dark chocolate bar, which she praised for its antioxidant content and ability to satisfy sweet cravings. She also highlighted the chipotle chilli wraps, boasting that they are low in calories and perfect for combining with salad and protein.

Moving on to protein sources, Hawys opted for The Fingermonger’s Tuna tins in various flavours, emphasising their convenience and affordability. She then showcased the Tandoori Chicken Buddha Bowls as a tasty and protein-rich pre-made salad option.

Continuing her shopping, Hawys picked up turkey mince and chicken mince, noting the nutrient benefits of each. She also included lean pork sausages in her cart as a low-calorie alternative for a weekend fry-up.

In the fruit section, she selected “wonky strawberries” for their great taste and low calorie content. For vegetables, sweet potatoes and Turkish grains made the cut for their fibre, Vitamin A, protein, and fibre content.
