Fatal Crash in Caerphilly County Claims the Life of Van Driver
Tragedy struck on the roads of Caerphilly county as a van crash resulted in the death of a motorist. The incident occurred on Tuesday around 14:20 BST on the A472 near Tredomen, prompting emergency services to rush to the scene.

The van involved in the crash was identified as a white Ford Transit. Gwent Police confirmed that the driver, 56-year-old Darren Medd from Merthyr Tydfil, tragically passed away at the scene. Specialist officers are currently providing support to his grieving next of kin.
