Cardiff is set to offer a unique dining experience this autumn with the introduction of a bottomless gravy fondue Sunday roast at the Neighbourhood bar and kitchen. From October 9 to November 10, diners can enjoy a twist on the traditional apres-ski classic by dipping roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and more into rich, meaty gravy. Priced at £18 per person, the feast includes a quarter roast chicken, bacon greens, pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese, stuffing balls, and brandy carrots. Vegetarian options are also available for non-meat eaters.
For those with a sweet tooth, dessert options include comforting classics like crumble and custard, bread and butter pudding, and school pink sprinkle cake served in a nostalgic “dinner lady style.” The bottomless gravy fondue experience is available Wednesday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 9pm. Reservations can be secured with a £10 deposit.
The owners of Neighbourhood aim to offer a fun and delicious autumn dining experience with a bottomless twist, providing diners with a generous and indulgent feast without the hassle of cooking or cleaning up. They expressed their excitement to see how many roast potatoes the people of Cardiff can devour during the five-week promotion.
