A mother and her young son tragically lost their lives in an unexplained incident at their home in Cornwall. The mother and son have been identified as Tasmin Paterson, 31, and Hudson Paterson, nine. They were discovered deceased in the Fletchersbridge area of Bodmin on Saturday, September 7.
