“Measures to tackle anti-social behaviour in three Gwynedd towns, Caernarfon, Pwllheli, and Criccieth, include Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO). Youths engaging in violence, vandalism, and drunkenness have prompted these actions. PSPOs aim to address specific issues and enhance community safety, giving police additional powers. The orders are not intended to restrict socialising, but to curb disruptive behaviour such as public intoxication and harassment. Signs will be displayed in affected areas to inform residents and visitors of the new regulations.”
